Permit and code requirements are determined by your municipality and can change. Always check your policy and confirm current requirements with the relevant authority.
Prices and estimates
Any price ranges shown are indicative ranges for the Edmonton market, published to be useful rather than as an offer. The actual price for your roof depends on measurements, pitch, access, existing layers, decking condition and material selection, and is only fixed by a written quote after an inspection.
No contractor-client relationship from browsing
Reading this site or submitting the form does not create a contract. A contract exists only when a written scope and price is agreed and signed by both parties.
