Before you get in touch
What happens after I send the form?
We call you back the same business day to confirm the address and what happened, and agree a date for the inspection. In hail season storm calls are booked ahead of routine ones; ask for the date on that call and hold us to it.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
Not necessarily, though it helps if we can get into the attic and if you can walk us through any interior damage. We will call before arriving either way.
Is there any charge?
No. The inspection and the written report are free, and there is nothing to sign.
